When a giveaway comes to an end, our systems automatically gather the valid entries and send them to the same selection pool. Every entry is 1 chance; all chances are equal.

True uncontrolled randomness

To select a winner, our system uses crypto.getRandomValues(), unlike other systems that use the basic Math.random() function. This system is used by online banking, encrypted messages, and payment systems. Therefore, our systems have no way of controlling or predicting the outcome. Even if you rerun the same giveaway, you will almost never get the same winner.

The winner is immediately chosen and locked

Once our systems select a winner, it is locked and announced live on our website. The system can only reroll the giveaway if the winner did not claim their prize within 48 hours of the delivery of the prize.

What happens if a winner does not claim their prize after 48 hours?

To ensure that no giveaway goes unclaimed, our system will automatically reroll after 48 hours if the winner does not claim the prize. You can track if a winner has claimed their prize on the giveaway page.

Winners are notified securely

When a winner is selected:

• Our systems automatically send an encrypted email immediately
• The email contains a secure, limited-time claim link

• The prize codes are never shared in plain text
• Sharing the link does not give others access

Everything is logged for accountability

Every giveaway's details are stored safely. All this information can be accessed in the giveaway verify page, with some redactions for data privacy reasons.
